City establishes $5.5 million fund for Burge torture victims | Chicago

Okay! GREAT! They DESERVE it even though no amount of money is going to give them back all that they lost.

My question is, the City of Chicago is in a serious DEFICIT! Where is the money coming from? Brian Brock said the money will undoubtedly come from PROPERTY TAXES. So then what HAD that money been originally allocated for that now isn't going to happen because those funds are being used to satisfy a debt that BURGE AND HIS CRONIES should be paying?

Also, IS THIS HUSH MONEY! The tortures took place under Burges watch, but, there were others directly involved and doing the actual torturing. Has that LIST of individuals been revealed or is it a taboo subject because we might have current elected officials who were more HANDS ON with the torturing than they would like the public to know? Was Burge the only individual to pay the price for this HEINOUS crime and mischaracter of justice? Will he take the list of other participants with him to his grave or now that he's been released from prison, is this JUST THE START of a new chapter in the Chicago Political Corruption ongoing saga...

"THE CORRUPT AND THE DEFENSELESS"

STAY TUNED!

I feel like Arsenio Hall, this is something to think about, the type of stuff that makes you go, "Hmmm!"
